the rooms were very clean. the beds were nice and comfortable. i appreciate that the staff are wonderful and friendly. they go above and beyond.
the hotel was noisy. we were on the 4th floor and could hear traffic noise. the pillows were a horrid thickness, it was hard to get comfortable.

Great Stay in Central Location

The breakfast staff were very friendly. The food quality stood out with fresh cooked options. Staff at check out were helpful. Air conditioning was definitely a bonus in the room. I appreciated the hairdryer and ironing board that were provided. The room temperature was comfortable because of it.
The hotel is situated between two busy roads. I could hear traffic noise on the fourth floor. This was a bit disruptive. The noise made it difficult to relax completely in my room.

The hotel provides convenient access to nearby parking. Chapel Street offered easy parking options. This made arrival and departure smooth. The front desk offered extra coffee and milk upon request.

The room had fresh towels provided. It also featured a clean bathroom with toiletries available. The shower had good pressure. A fridge was also available making it convenient to store drinks and snacks.

the staff were amazing and went the extra mile for us. i really enjoyed the friendly welcome i received too! the room was perfect.
The room was a little noisy because it faced a busy road. the beds were small, so they weren't very comfy. i found the pillows too thick too. They were hard!

Jasmine was cheerful at reception, so check-in was quick! i found a nice touch in my room, a note from claudia. breakfast had lots of choices. I enjoyed the selection.
I could hear traffic noise since my room was on the fourth floor. the bathroom seemed dated, and the pillows felt too thick and hard. climate control did not work correctly. It only pumped out cool air

The hotel is close to the town centre. This was acceptable.
I was frustrated. The bathroom lacked a vent! also, the shower's water pressure was like a mosquito's trickle. i do not recommend this place.

The staff were nice and helpful, which I appreciated.
The climate control in my room did not work properly. It only blew out cool air. This was fine because it was summer and the room was warm, though if it had been winter, it would have been a problem. I also found the pillows to be uncomfortable as they were too thick.
